Covered care while traveling in the U.S.
Rest easy knowing you’re covered for the unexpected. Finding care away from home with your Blue KC plan is as simple as using the Find Care tool in your member account. Once there, navigate to “Find Doctors, Specialists & Hospitals”. You can then enter a location (e.g., “New York, NY”) as well as what you’re looking for (e.g., “general practice” or “urgent care”).
Virtual care
Skip the waiting room or having to search for an in-network urgent care center. Virtual Care doctors can help with many common conditions that often don’t require an in-person visit to diagnose and treat, such as:

- Bronchitis
- Cold sores
- Common cold
- COVID-19 screening
- Gout
- Pink eye
